Welcome to ctclink
Student ctcLink activation begins Feb. 16
On February 16, Edmonds College is launching a new student self-service portal and mobile app that provides an improved user experience. Your college services will be easier to navigate and use.
As we prepare, many services for students will be closed or have reduced hours in the weeks to come.
Some services will be offline the week of Feb. 8-12 because of the upgrade. Call 425.640.1459 ext. 0, text 425.243.0867, or join a Triton Zoom lounge at edmonds.edu/tritonlive. Online classes and face-to-face classes will meet as scheduled.
We appreciate your patience as we work toward creating a better student experience. Individual department hours are available at edmonds.edu/hours.
Please note: Classes will operate as usual in Canvas and for those needing assistance can contact help through START support.
Stay tuned by checking your EdMail for important updates.
The Student Self-Service portal will allow you to:
- Register for classes,
- View and update your student information and manage personal contact information,
- Pay tuition and fees and access/apply for financial aid,
- View your grades, track academic goals, and apply for graduation,
- Contact your instructors or advisor, and
- And so much more!
Check your EdMail for more important updates.
Go Mobile
Access ctcLink on the go! Use the app to access the ctcLink login portal, Canvas, the Edmonds College website, directory, calendar, map, catalog, emergency information, bookstore, Triton Athletics, and more!
The mobile app is a good option for people who use screen readers to interact with digital content.
Account activation in ctcLink is required to use the full functionality of the app, however, you can check out what's currently available now.
Here's how:
-
The ctcLink app is available for download on IOS and Android devices. Simply go to your app store, type in “ctcLink,” and download the free app.
-
Once downloaded, open the app and scroll all the way down and agree to the terms and conditions.
-
Select “Edmonds College” as your institution.
-
You’ll then see a series of blue, gray, and green tiles on a blue background. The tiles link out to various web pages on edmonds.edu that will be replaced by ctcLink specific tiles once the college has fully transitioned to the new software program on Feb. 8.
About ctcLink
Edmonds College will be transitioning to a new software system called ctcLink. The ctcLink project is the implementation of a single, centralized system to give students, faculty, and staff anytime, anywhere access to a modern, efficient way of conducting their college business. It is much more than a new software. All of the 34 technical and community colleges across the state are aligning their core business processes with the delivered software solution, making for streamlined, standardized practices across the 34-college system.
