ctcLink is a new self-service portal and mobile app Edmonds College students will use to register for classes, apply for financial aid, manage personal contact information, pay tuition, track academic goals, contact instructors, view grades, apply for graduation, and more! All 34 community and technical colleges in the state will transition to the new ctcLink system.

Key things to know:

  • There is a mobile app! (See When will we have access to the mobile app? below)

New students can apply for admission online now! There will be a slight delay in the processing of the applications due to the system upgrade. New applicants will receive a notice with their new ctcLink ID once their application has been processed.

Yes! Edmonds College continues to offer a tuition payment plan.

If you have any questions after you log into ctcLink, check with the Cashiers Office. If you are an international student, please contact the Office of International Programs.

Now! You are able to download the ctcLink app on your smartphone today. It can be downloaded and used anytime. Here’s how:

  • The ctcLink ctcLink app is available for download on IOS and Android devices. Simply go to your app store, type in “ctcLink,” and download the free app.
  • Once downloaded, open the app and scroll all the way down and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Select “Edmonds College” as your institution.
  • You’ll then see a series of tiles. The tiles link out to various web pages on edmonds.edu or into the ctcLink portal.
  • The app is also available as a mobile-friendly webpage if you’d rather not download the app.

Use the app to access the ctcLink login portal, Canvas, the Edmonds College website, directory, calendar, map, catalog, emergency information, bookstores, Triton Athletics, and more!

SID or your 955 number will be replaced by a new 9-digit number known as a ctcLink ID. You will use this number to login to Canvas, and your student portal.

New students: Your ctcLink ID number is included in the welcome email you get from Edmonds College.

Current students: When you first activate your new ctcLink account, you’ll log in as a first time user with your SID. You will immediately see a popup window message showing your new ctcLink ID. Be sure to write down, or take a photo/screenshot of this number and keep it in a safe place. You will need this for the next step of logging into the portal. You will NOT be able to log in again with your SID. Only your ctcLInk ID will work going forward.  If you forget to write it down, use the ctcLink Loop Up tool to find it.

You will also be prompted to create a password, and answers to security questions. It is a good idea to safekeep this information with your ctcLink ID as well at this time.
