College communications including financial aid, registration, graduation information etc. will be directed to your preferred email address in your ctcLink account. This may be your personal email address from any email provider (Google, Yahoo, etc.). For information on how to set your preferred email address in ctcLink, visit ctcLink information for Students. You are responsible for communications sent to this address.
All new students registered March 2021 and forward will have an Edmonds College student email created 24-48 hours after they register. In order to activate your student email, refer to Triton ID Activation Instructions.
Request an Email Account
If you are registered in a class that has zero (0) credits you need to request a student email account. Otherwise, your email account is created automatically. To request a student email, please submit a service request.
Important: If you update your preferred email in your ctcLink account, it can take up to an hour for that change to take effect.
Students with EdMail Accounts
Students’ existing EdMail accounts will be discontinued by Aug. 31, 2021. You have the option to transfer your account data to your new Edmonds Triton Account by this date. Instructions to transfer account data can be found on the Triton ID FAQ page.
More information will be sent out later this spring to your preferred email address that you set up in ctcLink. Until the transfer is initiated, you will have two email accounts (@edmail.edcc.edu and @student.edmonds.edu).
